During sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order. We do not deliver Orders to Post Office boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Tracking

You should’ve received an order confirmation email when you checked out. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email please contact us. After the order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your Tracking ID.

Responsibility Once the goods have been accepted for delivery by the postal courier, we cannot be responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete & accurate. SC also cannot take any responsibility for the following issues; incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by the courier. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact the courier service directly.
